Islamic AI Ethics Principles

At TechUmmah, we recognize the importance of ethical considerations in the development and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Our project on “Islamic AI Ethics Principles” aims to develop a framework grounded in Islamic values and principles to guide the ethical design, implementation, and use of AI systems.

Drawing upon Islamic teachings and scholarship, as well as insights from AI ethics research, this project seeks to address critical ethical questions surrounding AI, such as accountability, transparency, fairness, and privacy. By integrating Islamic perspectives into the discourse on AI ethics, we aim to promote responsible and inclusive AI development that aligns with Islamic values and serves the common good.
